The seal dive is highly recommended (great fun), and the other dives are really beautiful and interesting, all led by excellent DMs (I went with Kyle and Keegan). The highlight, though, was the pelagic shark dive - a day long outing into the open ocean to see some of the sharks you won't find inshore. A lucky break in the windy weather gave us a chance for owner, Mike, to take us out to see blue sharks and a mako. What an awesome experience! If you are looking for a well run, friendly, all-round good dive charter to take you diving in the rich Cape waters, I can highly recommend Pisces Divers in Simon's Town.   I have had the pleasure of diving with Pisces dive school on more than one occasion. My last visit there was not to dive but to take American tourists who... read more were simply inquiring about future dives and who were interested in the marine life. I also took my BC along to get serviced.

The Americans got a great talk on False bay and the ecosystems current health in a fairly informal and impromptu chat.

My BC was long overdue for a service. I am an easy going jovial type but I do take my equipment seriously as it is quite literally my life at stake. I appreciate the fact that Pisces always gets that balance between easy going surf beach vibe and being 100% on point when it comes to safety. I appreciate that they went through my equipment with me after the fact and explained what all had been done and why. I do not think that they are particularly expensive in fact when comparing international prices for similar services they are in fact very good value for money.

I do not dive often enough to be overly confident about my ability but with this team I am confident to put my safety and enjoyment of the diving experience in their hands.
