Then, since my other plans were affected, she went out of her way to call another activity that I had booked to ensure that I could make it on time after my dive. Amazing customer service!

My dive instructor, Eddie, was also a gem. He's seemingly non-human because he wasn't freezing like the rest of us! But he made sure to look after all of us, and gave the perfect safety and intro speech; not too long, and not too short. Very patient with all levels of divers.

The shop had the best organization I've ever seen at a fun diving center. The rental process was easy, all of the other employees that I briefly interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy it there and enjoy it other. Highly professional, great location, and a great dive!

I did the kelp forest and the seal dive. I was pleasantly surprised by the kelp forest and the seals are just so much fun!

A great selection... read more of dive gear and accessories too. When you walk in. your greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. A great rinse station for your gear with plenty of space to hang your BCD's , regs and wet suits. And. If your diving more than one day. plenty of space to hang your gear in the shop. As a former professional dive instructor with over 28 years in the business. it takes a lot to impress me. Pisces divers have done that and more. I have dived with them over 6 years. And every year. they have improved their product. Their boats are in immaculate condition. Safety first. great skippers. Friendly staff. great selection of gear to buy. the two dives that are a must do. Are the seal and kelp dives. Depth. 7 to15 meters. for you others that work in standard measures. 30 feet. Yes. the water is cool. 13 to 16 cel or 50 degrees to 60 Fahrenheit. Vis is subject to weather conditions. but anywhere from 10 to 5 meters. depending when you come to SA. You could see whales on your ride out. Dolphins and of course. Penguins. Depending up when you come to dive. All in all. A great operation.
