  So many people contributed to making this a 5* experience. The weather was bad on the day I booked, so Jacqui was diligent and wrote to me in advance... read more to reschedule, which I was thankfully able to do. Then, since my other plans were affected, she went out of her way to call another activity that I had booked to ensure that I could make it on time after my dive. Amazing customer service!

My dive instructor, Eddie, was also a gem. He's seemingly non-human because he wasn't freezing like the rest of us! But he made sure to look after all of us, and gave the perfect safety and intro speech; not too long, and not too short. Very patient with all levels of divers.

The shop had the best organization I've ever seen at a fun diving center. The rental process was easy, all of the other employees that I briefly interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy it there and enjoy it other. Highly professional, great location, and a great dive!

I did the kelp forest and the seal dive. I was pleasantly surprised by the kelp forest and the seals are just so much fun!

The experience with booking and the... read more communication was incredible. The refresher course was great, and everyone ensured our gear was correctly fitted. When we got to seal island, one of our dive masters, Ollie, was incredible and helped me feel comfortable and take my time. He stayed with me on both dives, and I couldn’t have done it without him! He made all the difference in my dive, and if he wasn’t patient, I was ready to get back on the boat. Once I was comfortable enough, I had a blast, and it was stunning. I highly recommend this dive shop, as I probably would not have gone if it wasn’t for the entire Pisces team! Thank you for making my first ocean dive one to remember!   I did the simple seal snorkel, and this was my very first time doing any snorkeling/diving. The team was super fun to be with, and fit us with gear very... read more nicely. With their wetsuits I hardly felt cold at all, and the rock they took us to had many seals on it! The seals were very friendly and quite curious, coming up to us alone or in groups. Pisces Divers did a great job of communication, and was very good at picking the right day for me to snorkel. The water was very clear and easy to see in, and the wind was at a minimum. Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to do more with them when I go back!

I can recommend this establishment without hesitation as they really went above and beyond in every single aspect pertaining to our dives with them and then some. From arranging everything (Jacqui) to our DM (Ollie) and everybody else (skipper and all the land based personnel), well done and thank you very much. If the weather later in the week allowed, we would have done even more dives with them. My go-to for future Cape Town dives!

  Woke up this morning expecting 2 great dives and that’s exactly what we got!
At the dive centre we were kitted out by Jack (I think was his name), he... read more was super chill, funny and knew what he was doing. We did two dives, one with the seals and one in the kelp forest. Viz was good on both dives but kelp forest was by far the best. Dive master Eddie was fun and briefed us well, the skipper was great and gave a good brief on the boat. Once back at the centre they gave us water and lunch which was a really nice touch.
Overall 2 lovely dives but would highly recommend the kelp forest!
