The PADI Advanced Openwater course is a five dive program.
When you have completed your deep adventure dive, underwater navigation dive and three other adventure dives for a total of five dives, you will have earned your advanced open water diver certification. You will now be certified to a new maximum dive depth of 30 meters.
When you have completed your advanced qualification you’ll be more experienced, feel more comfortable in the water and simply enjoy diving more because you will have more experience and a better understanding of the underwater environment. Many divers choose the advanced open water diver course immediately after completing their open water certification to spend more time with their scuba diving instructor and to gain insight into some of the many varied paths your diving interests might follow.
The advanced diver certification will make sure that you are not left out when the others are doing the deeper dives but will give you the confidence when it comes to the more challenging dives that some areas may offer. Some of the more popular elective dives that students choose are night dive, peak-performance buoyancy dive, enriched air nitrox dive, wreck dive and naturalist/fish identification dive but there are several others to choose from.
As with all courses at Pisces Divers, the maximum number of students per instructor is four per course.

ITINERARY
Flexible time schedules for full-time or part-time candidates.
- Day 1: Knowledge reviews, 1x navigation dive and an elective dive.
- Day 2: Knowledge review, 1x deep dive and 1x elective dive from the boat.
- Day 3: Knowledge review and final elective dive.
