I can recommend this establishment without hesitation as they really went above and beyond in every single aspect pertaining to our dives with them and then some. From arranging everything (Jacqui) to our DM (Ollie) and everybody else (skipper and all the land based personnel), well done and thank you very much.   So many people contributed to making this a 5* experience. The weather was bad on the day I booked, so Jacqui was diligent and wrote to me in advance... read more to reschedule, which I was thankfully able to do. Then, since my other plans were affected, she went out of her way to call another activity that I had booked to ensure that I could make it on time after my dive. Amazing customer service!

My dive instructor, Eddie, was also a gem. He's seemingly non-human because he wasn't freezing like the rest of us! But he made sure to look after all of us, and gave the perfect safety and intro speech; not too long, and not too short. Very patient with all levels of divers.

The shop had the best organization I've ever seen at a fun diving center. The rental process was easy, all of the other employees that I briefly interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy it there and enjoy it other. Highly professional, great location, and a great dive!

I did the kelp forest and the seal dive. I was pleasantly surprised by the kelp forest and the seals are just so much fun!

From the moment I called Pisces Divers to the moment we were told on a boat out at sea that we were qualified Padi Divers, we had the most amazing experience. The instructors (Megan was ours) were just so amazing. We didn't feel intimidated or out of place by going on this course. The relaxed, chilled but organised way that the team worked together took any stress away from my wife and I. The team (mainly Megan) at Pisces have opened our eyes to a new adventure sport that we will do together as a couple for many many years to come. We highly recommend doing your Padi open water, but more so doing it through a dive centre like we did!

When you walk in. your greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. A great rinse station for your gear with plenty of space to hang your BCD's , regs and wet suits. And. If your diving more than one day. plenty of space to hang your gear in the shop.
As a former professional dive instructor with over 28 years in the business. it takes a lot to impress me. Pisces divers have done that and more.
I have dived with them over 6 years. And every year. they have improved their product. Their boats are in immaculate condition. Safety first. great skippers. Friendly staff. great selection of gear to buy.
the two dives that are a must do. Are the seal and kelp dives.

Depth. 7 to15 meters. for you others that work in standard measures. 30 feet. Yes. the water is cool. 13 to 16 cel or 50 degrees to 60 Fahrenheit. Vis is subject to weather conditions. but anywhere from 10 to 5 meters. depending when you come to SA. You could see whales on your ride out. Dolphins and of course. Penguins. Depending up when you come to dive.
All in all. A great operation.
