Organization of the dive leaves nothing to be desired. The whole breefing is understandable and everyone knows what to do.
The dive itself - depends on the place. Kelp forest and seals will never get tired.
I will definitely go back to Pisces Divers only this time with my own dry suit because the water was cold, but it was nobody's fault.

Due to the... read more weather I managed to dive only one day with them and make two dives, one wreck and reef dive and one with the seals. They provided all the equipment needed to dive in the cold water (11C). The team is very experienced, their equipment is top and very good maintained and they make everyone feel safe and enjoy the dives. Highly recommended!

With their wetsuits I hardly felt cold at all, and the rock they took us to had many seals on it! The seals were very friendly and quite curious, coming up to us alone or in groups. Pisces Divers did a great job of communication, and was very good at picking the right day for me to snorkel. The water was very clear and easy to see in, and the wind was at a minimum. Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to do more with them when I go back!

When you walk in. your greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. A great rinse station for your gear with plenty of space to hang your BCD's , regs and wet suits. And. If your diving more than one day. plenty of space to hang your gear in the shop.
As a former professional dive instructor with over 28 years in the business. it takes a lot to impress me. Pisces divers have done that and more.
I have dived with them over 6 years. And every year. they have improved their product. Their boats are in immaculate condition. Safety first. great skippers. Friendly staff. great selection of gear to buy.
the two dives that are a must do. Are the seal and kelp dives.

Depth. 7 to15 meters. for you others that work in standard measures. 30 feet. Yes. the water is cool. 13 to 16 cel or 50 degrees to 60 Fahrenheit. Vis is subject to weather conditions. but anywhere from 10 to 5 meters. depending when you come to SA. You could see whales on your ride out. Dolphins and of course. Penguins. Depending up when you come to dive.
All in all. A great operation.

The seal dive is highly recommended (great fun), and the other dives are really beautiful and interesting, all led by excellent DMs (I went with Kyle and Keegan). The highlight, though, was the pelagic shark dive - a day long outing into the open ocean to see some of the sharks you won't find inshore. A lucky break in the windy weather gave us a chance for owner, Mike, to take us out to see blue sharks and a mako. What an awesome experience! If you are looking for a well run, friendly, all-round good dive charter to take you diving in the rich Cape waters, I can highly recommend Pisces Divers in Simon's Town.
