The animals were very playful and friendly - swimming up to us regularly. Our instructors Amber and Lindsay were super thorough, friendly, patient, and made sure we were comfortable from getting our gear set to being in the water. Lindsay was a great underwater photographer as well 🙂 Thank you Jackie, Amber, Lindsay, Skipper Peter and Tariq for providing a top notch experience for your new friends from New York City. From the moment I called Pisces Divers to the moment we were told on a boat out at sea that we were qualified Padi Divers, we had the most amazing experience. The instructors (Megan was ours) were just so amazing. We didn't feel intimidated or out of place by going on this course. The relaxed, chilled but organised way that the team worked together took any stress away from my wife and I.

The team (mainly Megan) at Pisces have opened our eyes to a new adventure sport that we will do together as a couple for many many years to come.

We highly recommend doing your Padi open water, but more so doing it through a dive centre like we did!

When we got to seal island, one of our dive masters, Ollie, was incredible and helped me feel comfortable and take my time. He stayed with me on both dives, and I couldn’t have done it without him! He made all the difference in my dive, and if he wasn’t patient, I was ready to get back on the boat. Once I was comfortable enough, I had a blast, and it was stunning. I highly recommend this dive shop, as I probably would not have gone if it wasn’t for the entire Pisces team! Thank you for making my first ocean dive one to remember!   So many people contributed to making this a 5* experience. The weather was bad on the day I booked, so Jacqui was diligent and wrote to me in advance... read more to reschedule, which I was thankfully able to do. Then, since my other plans were affected, she went out of her way to call another activity that I had booked to ensure that I could make it on time after my dive. Amazing customer service!

My dive instructor, Eddie, was also a gem. He's seemingly non-human because he wasn't freezing like the rest of us! But he made sure to look after all of us, and gave the perfect safety and intro speech; not too long, and not too short. Very patient with all levels of divers.

The shop had the best organization I've ever seen at a fun diving center. The rental process was easy, all of the other employees that I briefly interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy it there and enjoy it other. Highly professional, great location, and a great dive!

I did the kelp forest and the seal dive. I was pleasantly surprised by the kelp forest and the seals are just so much fun!
