  I have had the pleasure of diving with Pisces dive school on more than one occasion. My last visit there was not to dive but to take American tourists who... read more were simply inquiring about future dives and who were interested in the marine life. I also took my BC along to get serviced.

The Americans got a great talk on False bay and the ecosystems current health in a fairly informal and impromptu chat.

My BC was long overdue for a service. I am an easy going jovial type but I do take my equipment seriously as it is quite literally my life at stake. I appreciate the fact that Pisces always gets that balance between easy going surf beach vibe and being 100% on point when it comes to safety. I appreciate that they went through my equipment with me after the fact and explained what all had been done and why. I do not think that they are particularly expensive in fact when comparing international prices for similar services they are in fact very good value for money.

I do not dive often enough to be overly confident about my ability but with this team I am confident to put my safety and enjoyment of the diving experience in their hands.

This school offering great... read more dives, amazing dive masters and great boats. But the most important is human factor, to feel save at the new destination, to feel to be taken care of. Staff is super professional and super friendly. Will recommend this school in the heartbeat and dreaming of coming back soon 🙂

I contacted the shop to schedule... read more a dive about 2 weeks prior to my trip. Jacqui immediately responded and we discussed different dives for my time in Cape Town. Once I arrived, Jacqui emailed me daily with weather conditions and the status of the sharks. Unfortunately the conditions were not favorable during my trip, but I commend Jacqui for her honesty, customer service and quick responses. My next trip I will definitely book my dive here.

The experience with booking and the... read more communication was incredible. The refresher course was great, and everyone ensured our gear was correctly fitted. When we got to seal island, one of our dive masters, Ollie, was incredible and helped me feel comfortable and take my time. He stayed with me on both dives, and I couldn’t have done it without him! He made all the difference in my dive, and if he wasn’t patient, I was ready to get back on the boat. Once I was comfortable enough, I had a blast, and it was stunning. I highly recommend this dive shop, as I probably would not have gone if it wasn’t for the entire Pisces team! Thank you for making my first ocean dive one to remember!   My wife and I decided to do something "crazy" and do our Open Water Dive course. We had an island holiday lined up so thought this would be great to... read more do something adventurous together and take even more advantage of an Indian Ocean Scuba diving experience. From the moment I called Pisces Divers to the moment we were told on a boat out at sea that we were qualified Padi Divers, we had the most amazing experience. The instructors (Megan was ours) were just so amazing. We didn't feel intimidated or out of place by going on this course. The relaxed, chilled but organised way that the team worked together took any stress away from my wife and I. The team (mainly Megan) at Pisces have opened our eyes to a new adventure sport that we will do together as a couple for many many years to come. We highly recommend doing your Padi open water, but more so doing it through a dive centre like we did!

  The whole team was really nice and did their best to accomodate us also regarding the fact that we had to catch our flight back to Europe the same evening.... read more They packed our lunch for us, which was delicious by the way, and even gave us spoons to take with, since we were in a hurry.
We had a really good time, loved the experience and the team was wonderful.

The only thing which I have to criticise is planning. We were assured we'd be back by the base by 2pm so we wouldn't have to worry about traffic on the way to the airport. We know now that nature doesn't care if you've got a tight schedule. For a few reasons we got back around 3.15 pm and had to rush to the airport. We made it despite hitting traffic. But we think it would be wiser to advise against booking a tour this close to a flight. We only booked because we were assured it wouldn't be a time-issue.

Other than that we really have to thank the team for helping us make sure a bag we forgot in the hurry of getting to the airport got back to us safely.
